KEYRESERVATION is a multipurpose reservation system integrated into Keywin6 through Keywin6’s web API. Keywin6 is designed for administrators, whereas KEYRESERVATION is designed for users. In a faze of adjusting ourselves to a new lifestyle under covid 19, we had many requests regarding a reservation system -and now here it is. Let’s do some math. FEATURE
Now you can manage keys by multiple people, including users.
Users can log in to KEYRESERVATION using the same credentials as Keywin6 to check available keys. Unlike Keywin6, the administrators and any users with access rights can see the key’s status.
Check key availability in real-time.
On KEYRESERVATION your reservations are shown in the orange bar and other users are shown in the gray bar. When you bring a cursor to a reservation, it displays who reserved the key. Reservations are displayed in a 1-week range. You can select a date and time however far you want to go.
Managing keys from anywhere anytime.
KEYRESERVATION is accessible from any device such as a smartphone, pc, and tablet using a web browser. Data is in the cloud, so KEYRESERVATION is accessible as long as you have a device that can connect to the internet.
Intelligent Key management by Keywin6
Keywin6 is a key management system that uses cloud functions. 1 controller can manage 700 keys and each Keywin6 database can have up to 25 controllers connected so it is possible to manage a maximum of 17,500 keys per database. The search function gives you easy access to find which key you want to look into, and a visual key cabinet view displays the current key status. All of the event logs can be exported in a CSV format, making it possible to organize the logs even more flexibly.
